We're excited to announce the National Flight Centre's first NFT auction which will include the option of getting your hands on two Martin-Baker ejector seats!
To start, if you're not familiar with NFT's, these are known as non-fungible tokens which are unique and non-interchangeable units of data stored on a blockchain, a form of digital ledger. NFTs can be associated with reproducible digital files such as photos, videos, and audio.
The Martin-Baker seats might be a little more familiar. Introduced in the 1960s, the Mk.6 has been installed in combat and training aircraft worldwide, with pilots from the Royal Navy 809 Squadron and the Royal Air Force 208 Squadron flying the BuccaneerS2B XV863 from these ejector seats.
