• Always buy from an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) or Approved Operator Certificate (AOC) holder (if not a training flight). The National Flight Centre holds both approvals.
• Always buy from an Organisation whose contact details are a landline. Here at the National Flight Centre, we have Operation staff in the office every day, all year around; regardless of the weather. We can answer any query you may have.
• Always buy a voucher from an Operator with a large fleet. At the National Flight Centre, we have the largest fleet of training aircraft in Ireland.
• Be sure to check out the Operators website and look to see if they have their own maintenance. National Flight Centre have their own maintenance division on site.
This means that their aircraft are maintained to the highest standard and that you’re safe up in the skies.

• All vouchers to have an expiry date of 5 years (60 months) from time of issue.

• Simulator sessions are available seven days a week, by appointment only subject to availability.
• All simulator sessions take place in our 737 fixed base flight simulator and are supervised by one of our instructors or commercial pilots.
• Refunds: All NFC Vouchers must be redeemed by the date on the voucher and are non-refundable.
• There is a height restriction of 6 ft 4 inches.
• A maximum weight of 252 lb applies.
• Postponement: NFC reserves the right to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. weather conditions. In this event, the voucher holder will have the opportunity to reschedule the event.
• Re-booking must be made within 30 days.
• You can not be accompanied on an introductory flight.
• Failure To Attend: Failure to attend a pre-booked lesson will result in the voucher becoming void.
• Spectators: Spectators/Friends are welcome but there may be restrictions due to safety regulations.
• You must be over 15 years or age.
• You must be able to enter/exit the aircraft unaided.
• Disorderly Conduct, Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the day and will result in cancellation of the lesson.
